The organizers of the ACM SIGSOFT Twelfth International Symposium on the Foundations of Software Engineering (SIGSOFT 2004/FSE-12), to be held in Newport Beach - Oct 31 - Nov 5, invite participation in the Educator's Grant Program (EGP). The EGP is designed to help increase the participation of women and minorities in software engineering.

The program will fund faculty from institutions with a large minority or female student enrollment to attend FSE-12 and two special half-day tutorials targeted, but not limited, to this group (see ACM SIGSOFT 2004 tutorials' page for more information). Depending on the availability of funds, expenses for travel, hotel accommodations, and registration for both the tutorials and FSE-12, can be covered. The tutorials will be held on November 1, the day before FSE-12.
